We're Serious about Steaks!
We take meticulous care in the selection and preparation of our
beef. Only 3% of the entire U.S. beef production qualifies as
"Prime". We feature the full rich flavor of hand-picked U.S.D.A.
Prime and Choice grade beef, aged for 21 to 27 days on our premises.
Each steak is hand cut and broiled under 1600 degree flames, sealing in the flavor
with our own blend of natural
seasonings. For those who recognize and appreciate quality we promise an
unforgettable culinary experience.
Rare: Partially raw, warm in the centre
Medium Rare: Fully cooked, pink all the way through, tender &
juicy
Medium: Partially over cooked, pink in the centre
Medium Well: Over cooked, very slight pink in centre, dried
out with 24% loss of original weight
Well Done: Completely over cooked, with most of the flavor,
texture and weight destroyed
